In Indonesia, there are two formal breeding institutions, namely religious education under the Ministry of Religion and general education under the Ministry of Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. When there are scientific dichotomies and different academic degrees, this will affect the public confidence in the ability of religious college graduates, this of course will not be in accordance with the goals of education in Indonesia which is just and equalizes religious education and general education. To show whether or not there is a dichotomy of science by Imam Ghazali, this research is carried out on Imam Ghozali's statements about the dichotomy of science, either in his work or in quotes from other people's works about Imam Ghazali. This research method uses Library Research, where the data presented is based on the related literature of the literaturE of Imam Ghazali's thoughts on science. The findings of this study stated that Imam Ghazali did not dichotomy of science, Imam Ghazali only classified which science was the first to be studied. The classification of knowledge carried out by Ghazali according to the needs and benefits of science for the students’ knowledge and al-Ghazali's thoughts did not have a significant influence on education policy in Indonesia.
Agus Salim Copyright (c) 2022 Kariman: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Keislaman 2022-06-30 2022-06-30 10 1 1 24 10.52185/kariman.v10i1.208 EFEKTIVITAS GAYA MENGAJAR INTERAKSIONAL TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 1 TEGAL https://jurnal.inkadha.ac.id/index.php/kariman/article/view/197
Education is a lifelong process and the embodiment of self-formation as a whole. Learning methods are certain methods used by teachers or educators to create learning experiences that are fun, useful, and develop aspects of skills for students. Religiosity is the commitment of a Muslim in carrying out religious activities with full appreciation. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the application of the demonstration method to increase student religiosity in the local content of ubudiyah. Other factors, like a teacher’s lack of enthusiasm in applying methods. Teachers tend to use the lecture method, thus making students bored, sleepy and the class tends to lose concentration. The tikrar method is a form of the old method but is still relevant and widely used today. This method is an answer and a solution in the midst of the vacuum of Arabic teachers when they do not find the best solution in Arabic classes. This method is a unique learning method because it focuses on the learner to be able to master this technique. Because there is a direct learning process there using a variety of techniques. To overcome the existing problems, it is necessary to improve the use of fun ways in the learning process. By applying the tikrar method or the takririyah method, the author believes that he will be able to provide convenience in mastering and memorizing Arabic vocabulary.
Bambang Hermanto Anwar Rudi Copyright (c) 2022 Kariman: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Keislaman 2022-06-30 2022-06-30 10 1 61 76 10.52185/kariman.v10i1.215 KONSEP TASAWUF PERSPEKTIF NEO-SUFISME https://jurnal.inkadha.ac.id/index.php/kariman/article/view/225
Some say that the essence of Sufism is in fana' (ecstasy, self-destruction before God) and kasyf (disclosure to God) because through both, ma'rifah (direct relationship with God) as the goal of Sufism occurs. Neo-Sufism, as a new Sufism movement, rejects or doubts the ecstatic-mystical-philosophical elements of classical Sufism, and therefore prefers elements of puritanism (its compatibility with Islamic orthodoxy) and changes its escapist character (escape from the world) to activism (positive attitude towards, and self-involvement in, the world). The aim of this study is to further examine the differences between the nature of classical Sufism and neo-Sufism and to further assess neo-Sufism. As a method, the answers found regarding the nature of (classical) Sufism are used as a benchmark for assessing neo-Sufism. On this basis, it was later discovered that neo-Sufism cannot be called Sufism. That was because of his denial or doubt about kasyf as the essence of Sufism, with which, the goals of Sufism, such as ma'rifah and other Sufism experiences (al-ahwa al-sufiyyah) occur. Without the experience of Sufism there can be no Sufism.
Nur Rahmad Yahya Wijaya Rasuki Copyright (c) 2022 Kariman: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Keislaman 2022-06-30 2022-06-30 10 1 77 100 10.52185/kariman.v10i1.225 MODEL PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM KISAH LUQMAN AL-HAKIM https://jurnal.inkadha.ac.id/index.php/kariman/article/view/203
The purpose of this study was to determine the model of character education in the story of Lukman al-Hakim.
